1. Shipping Information

a) Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order prints may require additional processing time, which will be indicated on the product page.

b) Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship domestically within the United States via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

c) Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, size, and destination. Free shipping promotions may apply as advertised.

d) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier’s website.


2. International Shipping

At this time, TattooArt.pics ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, but plan to expand in the future.


3. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork. However:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tattooart.pics with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the damage
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:
    • Checking with neighbors or your local post office
    • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier but will assist in locating your package.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

a) Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital downloads or instant print files
  • Custom or personalized artwork
  • Sale items (marked “Final Sale”)

b) Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@tattooart.pics with your order number and reason for return
  2. Await approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of return approval

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items).

6. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing info@tattooart.pics. After that, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed or shipped.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
